TV Conversion
Nearly all TV sets can be converted to receive a digital signal, with a digital box or receive a satellite feed from a single satellite receiver.

If you use an analogue optimised TV aerial or digital optimised TV aerial, it will receive its signal from a transmitter. In the UK, there are more than 1,150 transmitters organised into around 80 transmitter groups that switched solely to digital one by one, during The Switch Over and ending here in the North East

Varying Signal Strength
Every home has a different reception level. Some low geographical areas require a different signal strength Aerial to others.

This is why Plasma and Satellite offer a free home visit to correctly test your reception level with a digital meter to ensure that you can receive digital through an aerial, the type of Digital TV Aerial required and assess the current equipment within your home
